About

Family owned and operated since 1979.

Greiner, Inc. is a regional trucking company located in Chester County Pennsylvania, with primarily Tri/Axle Dump trucks and Truck Tractors with varied trailers to provide a wide variety of hauling services. We also have an onsite mechanic shop to keep our fleet safely and properly maintained. Materials hauled include construction materials such as stone and blacktop, commodities such as salt and soybeans, and landscape materials from mulch to topsoil. We have worked and hauled for staging companies, local quarries, local constructions companies, landscape supply stores, PennDOT plowing, homeowners, and excavation companies.

The Legacy:

Established in 1979 by Henry F. Greiner, Greiner, Inc. began humbly with one Tri/Axle Dump truck. Through hard work and the power of relationships, it soon grew to a fleet of trucks, including tractors for waste trailers and water hauling. Henry was an active member of our community and was always ready to help a neighbor or friend, which contributed to the growth of his small business. In the 1980’s Henry would often let his grandson Brian tag-along in the truck while he hauled municipal waste to the landfill or stone for a neighbors driveway. Little Brian became so fascinated with trucks and the amazing small business his Grandpop had established, that he decided to join the company in 1999, with the goal to follow in his Grandpop’s footsteps. Henry was a pivitol figure in the company until his retirement in 2010. Brian Greiner and Henry’s daughter, Kit, went on to purchase the company from Henry in 2010, with the vision of keeping Henry’s values and traditions alive, while flexing to keep up with growing industry trends.

Brian and Kit worked to grow the business and further diversify the client base. Not only did this guarantee work for the company drivers all year long no matter the weather or economy, but it also deepened reach and engagement. Kit retired in 2020 and Brian and his wife Sarah presently own and operate Greiner, Inc.
